Preventative maintenance extends the life of your doors, levelers, and operable products of which we service. The service cuts down on emergency service calls, and helps keep the work place much safer. In addition, in NFP 80 fire doors are required to be serviced and test dropped annually by an approved dealer. If you fail to test drop them annually and keep records of doing so and a fire burns on one side of the door, but the door does not drop, insurance companies normally will not pay for the damage done because the door does not drop. In our PMI or Preventative maintenance and inspection we test and operate all systems. We lubricate, adjust and balance all parts and give you a detailed report as to any replacement need you may have.
